- School contact for policy and induction queries

Shannon is primarily responsible for hub operations and oversight of projects, training, promotion and events. Having joined the team during the first year of the ECF rollout, her role initially focused on our ECT programme and National Professional Qualification support. Since then, she has taken on the coordination of Inspiration TSH's appropriate body service and is responsible for hub finance and data.
Shannon worked in financial services until 2021 with a focus on relationship management, training and supporting businesses to understand and interpret policy.
