Bethan left banking in 2017 and joined Inspiration Trust, initially helping to set up and develop the Trusts own teacher training. Since the partnership with NIoT was formed in 2023, she works alongside them to deliver their national teacher training programme through Inspiration Trust.   

She is responsible for the recruitment and onboarding of trainees, ensuring safeguarding and compliance checks are met, helping to ensure that the process is as smooth as possible. As well as being the administrative lead, she arranges events and deals with trainee and staff queries throughout the training year.  

Bethan has 2 young children that keep her occupied outside of work as well as (you guessed it) cats, who all have very human names!
