Johanna Bertz

Responsibilities:

• Supporting ITT and ECF administration 
• Appropriate body services administration 

Johanna is responsible for administrative support across the ECF and ITT programmes, as well as appropriate body Services. 

Johanna completed her Apprenticeship in Learning and Development in 2023 where she first gained experience organising training events and analysing business development needs. Since, she has worked across several administrative job roles on various levels. 

In 2023 Johanna worked for an online learning provider in partnership with the University of Suffolk, offering degree courses in Crime, Criminology, Criminal Justice and Youth Justice, whilst broadening her knowledge about the education system in the UK. 

Having eventually joined the Inspiration Teaching School Hub in 2024, Johanna is now a fresh member supporting the team in arranging ECF Events, supporting recruitment of new ITT Trainees and offering appropriate body Services. 

In her spare time Johanna enjoys spending time painting, playing the piano and working with horses. She also has 2 cats!
